Overall, Todoist has a really simple design, and an even simpler user-experience. You can set daily goals of the number of tasks you want to complete, too, which is good for productivity. I personally LOVE the noise it makes when you cross off one of your tasks. You can add subtasks, too, which is super useful. They can see only their list, and no one else's. I use a different list for different clients. You need to set up different 'workspaces', but it's literally just different lists.
